One of my colleagues Denny Boynton (Microsoft Architect Evangelist) has written a very interesting synopsis on the subject of "Mashups" and how the new Microsoft Popfly tool, which is a Rich Internet Application technology. Popfly is a tool, that among other sub-features, is geared around allowing Developers and Non-Developers alike build Mashups.
